In order to use xSquawkbox with Audio for VATSIM, you will need the latest version of xSquawkbox and the Audio for VATSIM standalone client.
Step 3: Connect to the network using xSquawkbox in the normal way.
Step 4: Launch the Audio for VATSIM software.
The first time you run the standalone client, be sure to open settings and calibrate your microphone. When talking, the bar should be bouncing into the green band. If it does not, make sure you increase the mic volume using the slider.
Don't forget to assign a Push-to-talk!
Step 5: You must specify the IP address of the machine under 'simulator settings' where X-Plane is located. By default, this will assume you are running X-Plane on the same machine unless otherwise specified.
System Requirements: Windows 7 or Above & .NET 4.7.2, MacOS and Linux versions to follow with AFV integration.
